Meet the Apparatus

Two apparatuses. One Pilates practice.

At RBP, we teach Pilates on the Reformer and the Chair. Both use spring resistance to build strength, improve balance, and bring more awareness to the way you move. The Reformer offers a supportive foundation for flowing, full-body movement, while the Chair adds a different challenge to your strength and control. Whether you’re new to Pilates or continuing your practice, our instructors will guide you through each movement and help you find what feels right for you.

Find your way to move.

THE REFORMER

The Reformer uses a moving carriage, springs, and straps to add support or resistance as you move.  It can make an exercise feel more accessible or add a new challenge, helping you develop strength, mobility, and body awareness.

THE CHAIR

Small but mighty, the  Chair has a spring-loaded pedal that you press down and control on the way back up. Its compact design challenges your balance, stability, and coordination, often making simple movements feel surprisingly powerful.
