Savannah

Owner and Instructor

Savannah, the founder of Reformed by Pilates, has always been driven by a passion for helping people look and feel their best. Her career began in the fashion and beauty world, but everything shifted when she discovered the transformative impact of reformer Pilates. After experiencing the strength, balance, and confidence it brought into her own life, she became trained through Balanced Body.


With that foundation, Savannah set out to create a space where others could experience the same empowering mind–body connection. Reformed by Pilates is her vision brought to life: a welcoming, thoughtful studio designed to help every client feel supported, strong, and seen.

ANNE

Insturctor

Anne started her dance training at 2 years old and has always had a love for mindful movement. She grew up in the competitive dance world, and assisted & taught dance as a young adult. Anne has been teaching for two years, and received her comprehensive certification through Balanced Body in September 2024. She believes that movement heals, her main goal is that her clients leave the studio feeling better than when they walked in. 







MARY

Instructor

Mary is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with a lifelong passion for fitness and movement. Having practiced Pilates for over a decade, she brings deep personal experience and enthusiasm to her teaching. Mary believes Pilates is more than a workout—it’s a mindful practice that builds strength, balance, and confidence from the inside out. She loves guiding clients to that perfect point of challenge where effort meets transformation, helping them unlock new levels of control and awareness. In addition to teaching Pilates, Mary integrates its principles into her work as a personal trainer and swim coach, emphasizing posture, core stability, and efficient movement. Her sessions inspire focus, resilience, and joy, leaving every client feeling empowered, lengthened, and revitalized both in body and mind.

MADISON

Instructor

Madison is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor through Pilates Sports Center. She found pilates to supplement her running with resistance training. She’s likes to challenge her clients by focusing on breathing and abdominal connection. She enjoys watching her clients grow and work towards mastering movement. Her favorite exercise series is short box. When she’s not teaching, you can find her running on the Charles or reading a new book!








KRISTINA

instructor

Kristina has been teaching since 2009, when she became certified at Kore Pilates in La Jolla, CA. She’s trained in everything from beginner to advanced Pilates—covering mat, reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and all the small pieces of equipment that make each session so personalized.
Her passion for Pilates shines through in the way she helps clients reach their fitness goals and find relief from pain or old injuries. She truly believes you don’t have to live in discomfort—or without the strong, confident body you deserve. When she’s not in the studio, you can find her cheering on her daughter at soccer or bundled up at the rink supporting her son on the ice!
